Ciara McGrath

Ciara enrolled in the Equestrian Training Programme in 2017. The practical elements of the course really suited her learning style and her confidence in class and in the yard began to grow. She learned many vocational and employment skills during her four years in Festina Lente and through her work experience placements built up positive employment links in her local community.

Ciara completed the QQI Level 4 Major Award in Horsemanship with flying colours and decided to take her studies further. In 2021 she successfully completed her Level 5 Major Award in Horsemanship and was offered a full-time permanent position in a Sport Horse Equestrian Yard.
