This is a three year FAS funded vocational training programme. It aims to equip learners with the necessary skills and knowledge so that they can progress to either working in the equestrian industry or to progress to further studies.

At the end of the Training Programme Learners will receive a certificate from FETAC and have an option of a BHS (British Horse Society) Qualification.

Over the three years learners get to learn about many aspects of horse management including:

* How to relate with horses
* Feeding
* Horse Grooming
* Health and Safety
* Horse Riding
* Stable and Yard Routine

In addition to the vocational skills that are learnt, each person’s individual personal development needs are incorporated through the development of an individualised training programme.
