Vaulting is a combination of gymnastics and dance on the back of a horse  which can be practiced both competitively or non-competitively.   Therapeutic or interactive vaulting is also used as an activity for children and adults who may have balance, attention, gross motor skill, or social deficits.

Vaulting is still quite an unknown sport in Ireland, though it has a good following especially in England, Scotland, Germany and the US. It is an FEI discipline, with European and World championships.    There are compulsory exercises, a technical programme and a free-style programme in competitive competitions.

o The maximum number that we take in each group is 6 people for the starter groups and 8 people for the older groups.
o The first group is at 4.30pm to 5.30pm
o The second group is at 5.30pm to 6.30pm

The groups are on a Thursday evening for five weeks in total.

We are also offering 1 day Vaulting Clinics during the School Holidays, click here for more details…
