With the establishment of the Friends of Festina Lente, the Foundation is opening a new chapter in its long and exciting history.

It is hoped that this newly established society will add a foundation of friendship, enhance Festina Lentes reputation, promote its appeal to a wider audience, strengthen the Festina Lente community and encourage continued support helping us to continue the development of our programmes and missions. Specifically, the focus of the Friends of Festina fundraising is to support the continuation of the Equine Assisted Learning Services to children and young teeangers. This service was established through the generosity of AIB Better Ireland Programme during 2008 and 2009. With funding now coming to an end, we are working very hard to try and continue to finance this project.

It is not only the financial support which is sought but we will also continue to hope for the continued energy and enthusiasm of our friends who are committed to the importance of our Foundation and what it means to them.
